Demonstration Space Terms

This English version is a translation, provided for convenience. The French version is the authoritative one.

Version 1.0 — in force from 26 September 2026.

THESR SAS (“THESR”), a French simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 988 273 421, opens to professionals, free of charge, a demonstration space of the Thesr platform (the “Space”) so that they can evaluate it. These terms apply to it: by entering the Space, you accept them.

1. A space reserved for professionals

The Space is open to professionals, to evaluate Thesr in the course of their business. It is not offered to consumers. It is neither a subscription nor a commitment to subscribe.

2. Access and duration

Access is through a personal link and code, which must not be passed on. The duration of the Space is set when it is opened, between one and ninety days; THESR may extend it, shorten it or close access at any time. When it expires, access is closed and the Space is permanently deleted, with the files imported into it, within the following hours.

3. Content and limits

The Space contains sample documents from public sources (European Union legislation, judgments of the Court of Justice of the European Union, CNIL deliberations). It is limited: a single user, twenty files and 10 MB in total at most, without connectors or AI assistants. THESR may access it to present the platform to you.

4. Your documents

You may import your own documents to try the platform. Do not import confidential documents, documents covered by professional secrecy, or sensitive data. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over what you import; you keep them, and only authorise THESR to host and process those documents to operate the Space, for as long as it exists.

5. Fair use

You undertake to use the Space to evaluate the platform, and in particular not to: extract its content in bulk; attempt to access data or functions not open to you, or to circumvent its limits; test its security without THESR’s written consent; use it to design a competing service.

6. Ownership and confidentiality

The Thesr platform, its software, its interfaces and its trademarks belong to THESR; the sample documents, to their owners. No right is assigned to you. The features and non-public information you discover in the Space are confidential.

7. No warranty

The Space is provided free of charge and as is, without any warranty of availability, performance or results, and without support. To the extent permitted by law, THESR is only liable for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and cannot be held liable for the deletion of the Space when it expires.

8. Personal data

Data about you is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls, where both parties are traders, within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Economic Activities Court (Tribunal des activités économiques de Paris); otherwise, of the courts designated by the ordinary rules.
